, please disconnect it from the computer and the
hearing instruments and contact your local support.
Use EXPRESSlink

only with compatible products, fitting software, and
programming cables. The fitting software and the hearing instruments
must always be from the same manufacturer. Refer to the product and
cable information from the hearing instrument manufacturer provided in
the installation guides and the help files of the fitting software modules.
Clean EXPRESSlink

with a soft and dry cloth or a cloth dampened in a
weak neutral detergent or water. Do not use volatile chemicals to clean

for repair or cleaning purpose. If EX-
