TIMER-ACTIVATED PLAY
By connecting a commercially available timer, a compact
disc can be played at any time desired.
Perform the AC power connection of the units as shown
below.

MEMORY BACK-UP FUNCTION
Even if you turn the unit off, the unit will keep the following
information in its memory for three days:
e which play mode the unit is in — CONTINUE, PROGRAM or
SINGLE
e the sequence of selections memorized in the program mode
e which repeat mode the unit is in (except for the A <> B repeat
mode and the number of times for repeat play)
The power must have been kept on for at least two minutes if the
unit is to be capable of memorizing the above information.
