Tochange the character type quickly while inputting
characters
Press CHAR in step 4 above. The rhararter on the rursor
changes to tile first character of each character type. Each
time you press CHAR, tile character type changes as
fiAlows:

To correct a character that was input

Storing Custom File
Information Using a Keyboard
You can store the Disc Name for each disc, one by one,
using an IBM-coinpatible PC keyboard* (not supplied).
* Tile keyboald's power consun-lption must be 120n-lAo1"
less.
Keyboardjack
1 Connect a keyboard to the keyboard jack on the
fixmt panel of the player.
2 After selecting the desired disc on the player, press
the Enter key.
3 Input the desired characters, then press the Enter
key to store the information.
"_) You can delete all characters of a selected item
While holding down tile Shift key, press tile Delete key.
Notes
• If the rursor keys do not work rorrertly and you rannot
complete tile task using tile keyboard, disconnect tile
keyboard then reconnect it to tile p]ayer and try again.
• If the keyboard is not a USA model (shown below), the
characters may be input differently fi'om those on tile keys.
