How to troubleshoot no sound from one front speaker on Sony STR-DN610 Receiver?
    • C
      Craig ScottSep 12, 2025
If there's no sound from one of your front speakers on your Sony Receiver, first test with headphones. Plug them into the PHONES jack. If only one channel works, the issue might be the connection between your component and the receiver. Ensure all cords are fully inserted into the jacks on both devices. If both channels work with headphones, the front speaker might not be correctly connected to the receiver. Check the connection of the front speaker that isn't producing sound. Also, when connecting an analog component, make sure you're using both the left (L) and right (R) jacks with an audio cord.
