Robotic Components
Robotic rover - for robotic operation there are two ways of external 2.4 GHz radio setup:
• Radio implemented in external CU like Spectra Precision Ranger (radio option)
• Separate external radio used with Spectra Precision Nomad and Spectra Precision Recon consists
of Controller radio and cable - see picture below.

External Radio
An external radio is available as an option for robotic measurements when using a controller not
fitted with an internal radio (Nomad/Recon). The external Radio 2.4 GHz uses one 7.4 V li-ion battery
as power supply. This will give the radio 15 hours with a 2.4 Ah battery. For technical information see
