5.2.2 Password Reset
If you lost your Web interface password, the Spectra support will help you reset it. Please
send the serial number of the device as well as your contact details to support@spectra.de.
During our regular office hours (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm), the Spectra support will
generate a reset key which must be entered in the field “Please enter your reset key below”.
After having successfully reset your password, you must define a new password.
The reset key is only valid on the day of its creation. If in doubt, please ask for
another reset key.
