Restore factory settings / Reset (RES)
With this function (RES), you can reset the sound system to the default setting (factory settings).
To perform the reset, follow these steps:
Caution: ALL settings you have made and IR codes programmed will be deleted.
1 With the device powered on, press and hold the „Play Mode“ button for more than 3 seconds until AUT appears in the display.
2 Press the „Play Mode“ again briey until RES appears in the display.
3 After pressing the „Volume +“ button, the conrmation screen YES appears in the display. To complete the deletion process wait 10 seconds. After that, all settings are
reset and the sound system goes into standby mode.
4 To cancel the operation, press the „Volume -“ button within 10 seconds after the „Volume +“ key has been pressed. The cancellation message NO will appear in the
display. 10 seconds after pressing the „Volume -“ button, the sound system will switch to the previous settings without deleting the settings.
5 To exit the menu without performing an operation, hold down the „Play Mode“ button again for more than 3 seconds. If no input is made within 10 seconds, the unit will
automatically exit the reset menu.
