Depending upon the programming file selected the appropriate Program
button will be enabled. Since the file selected started with SWPxxxx-
xxx/altera_rev the Altera FPGA button is shown as enabled. If the file
selected started with SWMxxxx-xxx/tidsp_rev then the TI DSP button
would be enabled. Click the enabled Program button.
