SUBMITTING A SUPPORT REQUEST
When contacting us or any of our dealers for support, please ensure that
you inform us of all specic details about your machine including the
serial number, model & software version as well as a detailed description
of the fault. Any videos you can provide us are considered very helpful.
If you can hear any unusual noises, please be sure to notify us of these
and where you believe they are originating from.
