Under no circumstances will Fry Developments Pty Ltd (trading as
Spinre) or their authorized distributors be liable to the Customer
or any other person for incidental or consequential damages of any
nature, including but not limited to, damage for personal injury or
damages to property.
Conditions of Warranty
The machine is to be delivered to the Spinre distributor’s service
department or authorized service agent and freight charges both ways
are paid by the owner. No liability is accepted for loss or damage
during transit.
The machine must always be operated and maintained in accordance
with the instructions supplied.
No alterations or repairs have been carried out without obtaining the
distributor’s prior consent. Such repair or any replacement does not
extend the warranty period.
Proof of purchase must be provided to verify purchase date and
establish the warranty period. Only the original purchaser is covered
under this warranty.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase only.
Where this warranty is inconsistent with any state laws, the statutory
rights of the purchaser shall prevail.
Parts installed from other manufacturers’ products will void this
warranty.
EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We conrm that as at the 7th November 2018, the Spinre Pro 1 and
Pro 2 machines both conform with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/
EU, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the Radio Equipment Directive
2014/53/EU. All essential products test suites have been carried out by
Shenzhen LCS Compliance Testing Laboratory Ltd.
