Description
This variable controls the state of the transmitter. When in "standby" the transmitter is
turned off. When in "active" the transmitter is turned on an actively singulating tags.
When in "fast" the transmitter is turned on an actively singluating tags. However, in "fast"
mode only the EPC value will be reported. Please note that the inventory mode must be set
to "standby" when configuring other aspects of the reader (i.e. power, ISOC control values,
etc).
