9.4 Reader Storage
The storage temperature ranges of the reader are -40°C to +85°C. The reader is tested to work under
the IP66 requirement; user should ensure the connector caps are being applied and tightened when
storing the reader.
9.5 Antenna Radome Maintenance
The Procyon UHF RFID reader is a low maintenance device. However, the user must ensure that any
reader antenna radomes (protective covers) are kept clean. Any build-up of foreign substances, water,
or snow may degrade the performance of the unit
