6.103 Too Long to Stabilize in Cal Cycle
Condition
Too L. to stabilize xx:xx:xx
NOTE: This is a Service Alarm.
Alarm occurs when the system takes more than 600 seconds (10 minutes) to stabilize the temperature or pressure
during calibration.
This alarm does not affect machine operation, the sterilizer continues attempting to stabilize.
Sterilizer will:
• Automatically try to complete cycle
• Extend exhaust time

Silence Alarm
1. Call STERIS
6.104 Too Long To Unseal NOE Door - ALM
Condition
Display indicates Too Long to Unseal NOE Door. Printer prints Too Long to Unseal NOE Dr.
Alarm occurs when the system takes longer than 300 seconds (5 minutes) to unseal NOE Door.
Alarm will automatically abort cycle.
See Section 7.1, Emergency/Manual Door Opening Procedure.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Water pressure to sterilizer is not adequate
1. Silence alarm.
2. Contact facilities to verify adequate water pressure
to sterilizer between 137.9 & 344.7 kPa (1379 &
3447 mbar).
3. Contact STERIS.
4. If load must be removed, refer to Section 7.1,
Emergency/Manual Door Opening Procedure.
