Also, check the tray to see if the screen at the base of the sterilant container is obstructed. Finally, check the Processor to confirm the chamber filled with water and the pumps activated. You can replace the container of sterilant and repeat the cycle. If the issue persists, contact customer service.

If the same message appears, remove the device and any Quick Connect from the processing tray or container and run the DIAGNOSTIC cycle. If the DIAGNOSTIC cycle fails, follow the instructions in Section 8. If the DIAGNOSTIC cycle passes, contact customer service.
