6.3 Appearance Issues
Condition
Sterilizer does not meet visual expectations.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Dirty or mis-adjusted fascia panels.
1. Clean or adjust fascia panels if needed.
2. Contact STERIS.
6.4 Barcode Scanner Error
Condition
NOTE: Applies only to units with Automated Load/Unload System (ALUS) installed.
Sterilizer will not automatically load or unload the chamber. Display indicates Barcode Scanner Error. Printer prints
Barcode Scanner Error.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Barcode missing or improperly set up.
1. Silence alarm.
2. Verify bar codes is set up properly.
3. Cycle power to reset control and close OE door.
4. Select cycle on operator interface.
5. If alarm recurs, manually run a cycle and contact
STERIS.
