Dynamic anti-scalding protection
With the dynamic anti-scalding protection, after selecting a tem-
perature on the appliance or wireless remote control, the user
has automatic priority for setting the maximum temperature. The
priority is active for 2minutes or until 2 minutes after the current
draw-off ends. After this, priority is automatically disabled.
During the priority period, you can reduce the temperature or
increase it to a maximum of 43°C using other wireless controls.

The start screen is divided into four areas where you can operate
your DHE.

Temperature memory
Rapid stored temperature selection
You can specify a new temperature for the rapid selection as fol-
lows:
Set the required temperature. Press and hold the button for
3seconds; the symbol is highlighted in black. The symbol
lightens again and the temperature is stored. You can also
change the temperature in the "Settings" menu.

This symbol has a black background when the maximum tem-
perature is activated (see "Settings" menu). "MAX" appears in
the status display.
