The appliance does not respond to the
mini wireless remote control; the red LED
illuminates on the mini wireless remote
control.
The mini wireless remote control is not
paired with the appliance.
Pair the mini wireless remote control again.
The appliance does not respond to the
mini wireless remote control; the red LED
only illuminates faintly on the mini wire-
less remote control, or not at all.
The mini wireless remote control battery is
empty.
Replace the battery.
The temperature cannot be increased.
"MAX" appears in the status bar.
Maximum temperature limiting is enabled. Disable the maximum.
The flow rate is too low. ECO function is enabled. Disable the ECO function by tapping the symbol once.
The water temperature varies. The wellness shower program is enabled Disable the wellness shower program.
The wrong function is called up when you
tap the display.
Display not calibrated correctly. Calibrate the display (see chapter "Function descriptions", "Settings/ Pro-
gramming unit/ Calibrate touchscreen").
There is nothing showing on the touch-
screen or it only responds to user input
slowly.
Programming unit malfunction. Isolate the appliance from the voltage supply for 20seconds.
The programming unit restarts auto-
matically, or restarts when the fuses are
switched off and back on. System mes-
sages appear on the touchscreen in place
of the STIEBEL ELTRON logo.
The appliance has an internal monitoring
and repair mode, which is executed auto-
matically in the event of programming unit
errors.
The appliance restarts automatically after the repair. You may have to
make user-specific settings again.
The temperature cannot be adjusted with
the touch wheel.
The "Temperature" function has not been set
in the touch wheel menu.
Set the function for temperature.


 
You cannot adjust the volume via the
touch wheel.
The "Volume" function has not been set in
the touch wheel menu.
Set the function for volume.
The internet radio or weather display is
unavailable.
The WLAN reception is too weak. Check the signal strength in the status bar. Use a repeater to improve sig-
nal strength if necessary.
The WLAN connection is not set up. Set up the WLAN connection.
