Covers the air filter.
30 Filter Cover Lock
Secures the filter cover to the chain saw.

Engages the chain sprocket when the engine is
accelerated beyond idle speed.
Anti-Vibration System (not illustrated)
The anti-vibration system includes a number of anti-
vibration elements designed to reduce the transmission
of vibration created by the engine and cutting attachment
to the operator's hands.

1 Handle Heating Switch
Switches the handle heating on and off.
Carburetor heating (not illustrated)
Heats the carburetor when the engine is running. Saws
with a handle heating system also have carburetor
heating.

limbs. Use of the chain saw for operations different than

can cause the bar to kick suddenly up and back,
which may result in serious or fatal injury. Always
