Check oil level weekly and after
transport.
N Place the machine on a flat
horizontal surface
N it must be between the "min" and
"max" marks
N If necessary, add oil (SAE 15 W 40
– see "Oil change")
First oil change after 50 hours of
operation, then every six months or
every 500 hours of operation.
N Let the machine warm up
N Remove shroud
N Release hose clip (1)
N Pull hose off of hose nipple
N Drain the oil into a suitable container
N Refit the hose and fasten it with the
hose clip
N Waste oil must be disposed of in
accordance with the statutory
regulations.
N fill fresh oil into the expansion tank
(650 ml, SAE 15 W 40)
N Refit shroud and check oil level
During long periods of storage, mineral
residue from the water may be
deposited in the pump. This may cause
the motor to start with difficulty or not at
all.
N Connect the machine to the water
supply and flush thoroughly with tap
water, leave the power cord
unplugged while doing so
N Plug the power plug into the wall
socket
N Switch on the machine with the
spray gun open
