ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING
Before servicing machine:
*Turn off Power Supply Switch
*Disconnect Power Supply Plug
● Adjustment of Strap Amount
As with other setting, the Pool Box intake of the machine was adjusted before delivery.
Some increase or decrease in strap volume, however, might later be advisable
depending on the thickness or stiffness of strap being use. If adjustment becomes
necessary, refer to illustation and proceed as follows:

Turn off the Power Supply Switch. Open the Front
Door. Loosen the nut ③ on the Adjust Bolt ②, and
adjust the tension on Spring ④.

Tighten the Nut ③, and then close and rebolt the
Front Door.
★ LS-4 Limit Switch
When the amount of accumulated strap exceeds the
amount it is adjusted for, the Balance Bar ① moves
to right side and disengages LS-4. This stops the
Pool Motor. When the amount of accumulated straps
decreases, LS-4 is engaged, the Pool Motor will start
and more strap will be fed into the pool box.
