ａ． First press the Start Switch to run the machine for one complete strapping cycle.
Put a mark on Timing Plate ① using a marking pen or the like. Remember the
position of this mark.
ｂ． Manually turn Magnet Brake ④ (BR1) so that
the arrow mark on it points left,
and so that the bearing center ② of the
Right Bandway Arm is aligned with the
center of the Right Bandway Cam hole ③ on
the same line.
ｃ． The mark on the timing plate will move due
to the procedure above. Loosen screw ⑤,
and move the Timing Plate back to its
original position by referring to the mark
made on the plate. Then securely tighten
screw.
ｄ． Turn on the Power Switch and press the
Start Switch. The machine will stop after one
cycle. After that, make sure that the arrow mark
on the Magnet approximately to the left (at 9
o'clock position or within 90 degrees).
If the arrow is within this range, the adjustment
is complete. See the drawing below.
