StartTime
Intended start time in the hh:mm format (between 00:00 and 23:59). This
value is used to determine where to start playing in the playlist.
PlsName
Value has a maximum length of 16 characters.
The value is shown on the LCD display instead of the playlist filename
(e.g., 1.pls).

The length of the value must not exceed 128 characters (the audio file
