5.4 Soft start and Sewing foot lifting
Soft start

Light at no. 1 is on, soft
start is active. Number of
softstart stitches can be set
with t 05 01.
2 stitches are the basic
setting.
Light at no. 1 is off,
softstart is deactivated.
Sewing foot lifting

Light is on, the fabric support arm remains open after the end of sewing and after releasing the pedal
position -2.
Light is off, the fabric support arm closes after the end of sewing and as soon as the pedal position -2 is
released.
