downintotheshaftalongitsaxis
to the appropriate depth and align
tothecenteroftheknee.The
StarterReamershouldbeinserted
suchthattheappropriatemarking
correspondingtothepre-operatively
selectedstemsizecorrelatestothe
depthofthemedialresectionpoint.
