Several factors might prevent your cell phone from registering with your Subaru Automobile. First, ensure you're entering the correct passcode on your cell phone. If that doesn't work, make sure you complete the registration operation on the phone itself by approving the registration request. Finally, old registration information on either the system or your phone can interfere. Try deleting existing registration information from both your Subaru Automobile system and your cell phone, and then re-register the phone you want to connect.
