Understanding the System Prompts
The following default server prompts are used by the Sun Fire V215 and V245
servers:
ok OpenBoot PROM prompt
sc> Advanced Lights Out Manager (ALOM) prompt
# Solaris OS superuser (Bourne and Korn shell)
FIGURE 1-1 shows the relationship between the three prompts and how to change
from one prompt to another.
