1.Usingtheprocessingbowlfittedwiththe
universal 's' blade,processthefish,fish
sauceandpastefor15-20secondsoruntil
theconsistencyisasmoothpaste.
Note: Becarefulnottooverprocessthe
seafoodasthisiswilltoughenthefishcakes.
2.Removetheuniversal's'blade.
3.Transfermixturetoabowlandstirthrough
beans.
4.Usingaspoonandawethand,rollthe
mixtureintosmallballsandplaceontoa
coldplate.
5.Oncethefishcakesarepreparedyouwill
needtodeep-frythemimmediately.Once
theyaregoldenincolour,thisshouldtake
approximately20-30seconds,removethe
fishcakesanddrainthemonpapertowel.
6.Serveimmediatelywithsweetchillidipping
sauce,corianderleaves,seasaltflakesand
limewedges.

3.Preheatovento180°C.Lightlyspray
aquichedishwithvegetableoilspray.
Coattheinsideofthedishwiththebread
crumbs.
4.Cookbaconinafryingpanuntiltender,
removefrompananddrainonabsorbent
paper,cool.
5.Inalargebowlcombinethebacon,cheese
andonion.
6.Usingthecleanedprocessingbowlfitted
withtheuniversal 's' blade,combinethe
remainingingredientsintheprocessing
bowl.Processuntilmixtureiscombined
andsmooth.
7.Placethebaconmixtureintotheprepared
quichedishandpourtheeggmixtureover
thetop.
8.Bakeinovenforabout50minutesor
