1.Usingtheprocessingbowlfittedwiththe
universal ‘s’ bladeprocessthebiscuits
usingpulsebuttonuntilafinecrumb
forms.Addthenutmegandmeltedbutter
andprocessuntilcombined.Scrapesides
ifnecessary.Presscrumbmixtureinto
thebaseandsidesofagreased20cm
springformpan.Placeonabakingtrayand
refrigeratefor30minutes.

3.Addbutterormargarineandeggsto
mixtureandcontinuetoprocess.
4.Removethefoodpusherandaddmilk
throughthefeedtubeandprocessfor5-10
seconds.
5.Removetheprocessingbowlcoverand
scrapethesidesofthebowl.Replacethe
coverandcontinuetoprocessuntilwell
combined.
6.Removetheuniversal 's' bladeandpour
mixtureintoapreparedcaketin.Place
caketinintotheovenandbakefor35-40
minutesoruntilcooked,whentestedwith
awoodenskewer.
7.Allowthecaketocoolfor5minutesthen
removefrombakingpan.Inthemeantime
preparethechocolateicing(seeover).
Oncethecakeiscompletelycooled,ice
