This option congures the Minimum Write Recovery Time. Enter a
number between 1-38. The options are Auto, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12,
14, 16, 18, 20, and 24.
tWTR
This option congures the Minimum Internal Write to Read Com-
mand Delay Time. Enter a number between 1-38. The default is 0.
NMode
This option congures NMode. The default is 2.
3rd Timing:
tRPab_ext
This option congures the tRPab_ext. Enter a numeric value. The
default is 0.
tRDPRE
This option congures the tRDPRE. Enter a numeric value. The
default is 8.
tWRPRE
This option congures the tWRPRE. Enter a numeric value. The
default is 36.
tRRD_sg
This option congures the tRRD_sg. Enter a numeric value. The
default is 6.
tRRD_dg
This option congures the tRRD_dg. Enter a numeric value. The
default is 4.
derating ext
This option congures the derating_ext. Enter a numeric value.
The default is 2.
