The AMIBIOS:
• Supports Plug and Play V1.0A and DMI 2.1
• Supports Intel PCI 2.1 (Peripheral Component Interconnect) local bus

• Supports Advanced Power Management (APM) specification v 1.1

• Supports Flash ROM.
AMIBIOS supports the LS120 drive made by Matsushita-Kotobuki Electronics
Industries Ltd. The LS120:
• Can be used as a boot device
• Is accessible as the next available floppy drive.
AMIBIOS supports PC Health Monitoring chips. When a failure occurs in a
monitored activity, AMIBIOS can sound an alarm and display a message. The
PC Health Monitoring chips monitor:
• CPU temperature
• Additional temperature sensors
• Chassis intrusion detector
• Five positive voltage inputs
• Two negative voltage inputs
• Three fan speed monitoring inputs.
