C. Once you mark the centerline of the hardtop, refer to the shade centerline width on your shade
speciȴ cation drawing. Take 1/2 of the width and measure out from hardtop centerline by that
amount. For example, if your shade centerline width is 80”, you will measure 40” from the hardtop
centerline both port and starboard. (See Figure 3.)

NOTICE
Placement of mounting clamps must hold actuators parallel to each other to ensure proper functioning of shade system.
D. Measure the distance from the port side to the starboard side at the forward and aft sections to
ensure marks are parallel. These measurements should be the shade centerline width provided on
the shade speciȴ cation drawing. (See Figure 4.)
