B. Outer Crossbar
1) Remove the two 10"-32 x 3/8" button head screws from ends of the outer crossbar. (See Figure 19.)
Do not remove this screw
Remove and retain this screw
from each end before
installing onto actuator

2) Slide the aft crossbar into the ends of actuator tubes and secure in place using the 10"-32 x 3/8"
button head screws. (See Figure 20.)
