SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION
The frame and/or engine serial num-
bers are used to register the motorcy-
cle. They are also used to assist your
dealer when ordering parts or refer-
ring to special service information.
The frame number 1 is stamped on
the steering head tube. The engine
serial number 2 is stamped on the
crankcase assembly.
Please write down the numbers in the
box provided below for your future ref-
erence.

Owners are warned that the law may
prohibit:
(a) The removal or rendering inopera-
tive by any person other than for
purposes of maintenance, repair
or replacement, of any device or
element of design incorporated
into any new vehicle for the pur-
pose of noise control prior to its
sale or delivery to the ultimate
purchaser or while it is in use; and
(b) The use of the vehicle after such
device or element of design has
been removed or rendered inoper-
ative by any person.
