LT-F400/F generator cover
1) Remove the magnet stator. Refer to “Generator
Removal and Installation in Section 1J (Page 1J-5)”.
2) Remove the oil seal retainer.
3) Remove the oil seal (1) with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09913–50121 (Oil seal remover)
4) Remove the spacer (2).
5) Remove the bearings with the special tools.
Special tool
(B): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
(C): 09921–20240 (Bearing remover set)
6) Remove the oil seals.
Installation
LT-A400/F right crankcase
Install the bearings with the special tool.
CAUTION
!
Use the suitable size attachment for each
bearing.
