TROUBLESHOOTING
This troubleshooting guide is provided
to help you find the cause of some
common complaints.
COMPLAINT:
Engine is hard to start or does not
start at all.
Something is probably wrong with the
fuel system or ignition system.
FUEL SUPPLY CHECK
If the FI indicator comes on, showing
signs of trouble in the fuel injection
system, take your machine to an
authorized Suzuki dealer. Refer to the
“INDICATOR LIGHT” section for an
explanation or the FI indicator. If the
indicator does not come on, make
sure there is enough fuel in the fuel
tank. If the indicator does not come
on and there is enough fuel, the igni-
tion system should be checked.
CAUTION
Failure to troubleshoot a problem
correctly can damage your ATV.
Improper repairs or adjustments
may damage the vehicle instead of
fixing it. Such damage may not be
covered under warranty.
If you are not sure about the
proper action, consult your Suzuki
dealer about the problem.
