2. Remove the nuts 1 and taillight.
3. Remove the screws 2 and fitting
bracket.
4. Remove the 3 bolts.
5. Remove the 2 bolts.
6. Pull out the spark arrester 3.
7. Use a brush to remove carbon
deposits from the spark arrester
screen. Be careful not to damage
the spark arrester screen. Check
that the screen has no holes or
tears. Replace the screen if nec-
essary.
8. Reinstall the spark arrester in
reverse order of removal.
