11-40 SERVICING INFORMATION
REAR BRAKE HOSE ROUTING
1 Stopper A Face the white paint on reservoir hose to forward.
2 Reservoir B
Tighten the hose guide bolt after positioning the stopper of
hose guide to the swingarm.
3 Brake cylinder C Fix the grommet of brake hose to the hose guide.
4 Brake hose D Fix the brake hose to the clamp.
5 Brake caliper E Master cylinder cover
6 Clamp F Reservoir hose
7 Face the tip of clamp to backward. G Pass the reservoir hose inside of the master cylinder cover.
8 Face the tip of clamp to upper. H Do not contact the hose and muffler.
9 Starter motor lead wire I
Tighten the brake hose union bolt to the specified torque
after touching the brake hose union to the stopper.

Insert the reservoir hose fully to the
reservoir and brake master cylinder.
