Bearing Replacement
Left crankcase side
If the drive shaft is pulled out with its bearing, then
remove the bearing with bearing puller and shaft
protector.
Special tool:
Multi-functional bearing puller or Outer bearing
puller SYM-6204001
Shaft protector SYM-6204010
Remove final shaft bearing and counter shaft
bearing from left crankcase using following tools.
Special tool:
Inner bearing puller SYM-6204020 or
SYM-6204021
Caution
 Never install used bearings. Once bearing
removed, it has to be replaced with new one.
Install new final shaft bearing and counter shaft
bearing into left crankcase.
Special tool:
Bearing driver 6205 SYM-9615000-6205
Bearing driver HK1516 SYM-9100200-HK1516
Install new drive shaft bearing and bearing puller
onto left crankcase.
Special tool:
Bearing puller 6205 SYM-9100400-6205
Outer bearing puller
Inner bearing
puller
