Preface
This service manual covers the standard models of
Series 14 and 15, and the special versions 15 SL,
15 GT and 15 F. Modifications introduced since pro-
duction started in December 1967 is dealt with in
separate chapter.

Errata
1.
Clutch spring
In illustrations as well as in text and parts lists
the clutch spring for take-up turntable has wrong
part number. The correct number is 214701.

Error in schematic for Model 15 SL, board No.
15001
Terminal 29 is connected to ground and not to
the junction of R201/R203 as indicated in sche-
matic.

FREE HEAD
In the schematic, the FREE HEAD socket is con-
nected to terminal F on board 15101. In units hav-
ing this connection some trouble can occur when
using the Tape Slide Synchronizer and when play-
ing stereo tape via auxiliary power amplifier con-
nected to FREE HEAD output. The FREE HEAD
socket should be connected to terminal D on
board 15101.
