If you omit

BASIC deletes from the beginning
of
the pro-
gram.
If

ZineZ,
BASIC deletes
to
the end of the program.
If you specify a line number that does not exist, BASIC displays
an “Illegal function call” error.
You can substitute
a
period
(.)
for either
linel
or
line2
to indicate
the current line number.
