SIN Function
SIN(number)
Returns the sine of number
SIN returns the angle (in radians) whose cosine is number.
Number
must be in radians. To obtain the sine of number when
number is in degrees, use SIN(number * PI/180), where PI
equals 3.141593.
BASIC always returns the result as a single precision number
unless you set the
/D switch when starting up BASIC.
Examples
PRINT SINC7.96)
prints .9943854.
