Step 7
Place an empty pail beneath
the door spout and raise the
draw arm. Draw off all the
sanitizing solution. When
the sanitizer stops flowing
from the door spout, lower
the draw arm and place the
control switch in the “OFF”
position.
Note: You have just
sanitized the freezer.
Therefore, be sure your
hands are sanitized before
performing the following
steps.
Step 8
Stand the air tube in the
corner of the mix hopper.
