Models 8752 & 8756 with Horizon® PumpOperating Procedures
Slide the o--rings into the grooves on the prime plug(s).
Apply an even coat of lubricant to the o--rings and
shaft(s).

Note: There are two prime plugs for the Model 8756
door, one for each freezing cylinder .
Insert the prime plug(s) into the hole(s) at the top of the
freezer door(s) and push down.

Step 4
Install the freezer door(s). Insert the baffle rod(s)
through the beater(s) in the freezing cylinder(s). With
the door seated on the freezer studs, install the
handscrews. Tighten equally in a criss--cross pattern
to insure the door is snug.
Note: On the Model 8756, the short handscrews go
on the bottom and the long handscrews go on the top.

Step 5
Install the draw valve(s). Slide the two o--rings into the
grooves on the draw valve(s).
(Model 8756 Only: Slide the o--ring and the “H” ring
into the grooves on the center draw valve.)
Lubricate the o--rings.
