22. Remove the cap from the dosing bottle and
squeeze the bottle to fill the dosing cup as marked
½ oz.. See Figure 93.

23. Beginning on the left lower plate, pour the dosed
½ oz. of grill cleaner from left to right in the shape
of an arch pattern “M”. Repeat for each lower
plate until all of them are fully covered. See

24. Apply the grill cleaner to the back side of the
platens, from the right platen to the left platen.
25. Spread the grill cleaner thoroughly on the lower
surface to ensure full coverage. See Figure 129.

28. Remove and empty the grease cans and take to the
3-compartment sink. Leave at the sink until the
grill cleaning is finished. Continue through the
“Clean Mode”.until the lower plate raises.

Note: Allowing the grill cleaner to sit on the grill
surfaces will require less effort and time to scrub
heavy soil buildup and achieve a clean grill.
