If you encounter a problem while using your product, use the troubleshooting information to identify the problem and find possible solutions.
General questions

How do I change my Wi-Fi name and password?
The network indicator is off when the SIM card or network service is
unavailable, or when the device is not registered to the network.
• If you are using a SIM card, please ensure that the SIM card is valid and
inserted correctly, or place the CPE in a place with better signal (such as
near a window) and try again.

I can't find the CPE on my wireless device
Wi-Fi name.
• Make sure your CPE's Wi-Fi indicator light is solid blue.
• Refresh the list of available networks on your wireless device.
