interferance check
If a constant torque is felt when rotating vane by hands,
the assembled condition is normal.
At the moment the blower is stopped, up/down vane auto
switch is stopped, and if blower is started, auto switch is
re-operated.
- Especially, it occurs while dehumidifying or heating.
