What to do if TECALEMIT TEC4004 lift does not move up?
- MMary MartinAug 4, 2025
If your TECALEMIT Chain Hoists lift isn't moving upwards when you press the LIFT button, several factors could be responsible. First, check if a fuse has blown and replace it if necessary. Secondly, ensure there's sufficient oil; if not, top it up. Thirdly, look for any leakage from the hydraulic circuit, which would need repairing. Also, verify that you haven't exceeded the weight limit on the lift and reduce the load if needed. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the microswitch or the lifting cable may be broken, or there could be an electrical system failure, in which case you should contact a service center.
