Warranty conditions
Our products are subject to strict quality control.
Should this appliance still not function properly, we
regret this very much and ask you to contact our ser-
vice address listed on the guarantee card. We will
also be happy to assist you by telephone via the ser-
vice hotline printed on the warranty card. The follow-
ing applies to the assertion of warranty claims - with-
out limiting your statutory rights:
1. Warranty claims can only be made within a period
of max. 3 years, calculated from the date of pur-
chase. Our warranty service is limited to the repair
of material and manufacturing defects or the re-
placement of the appliance. Our warranty service is
free of charge for you.
2. Warranty claims must be made immediately after
becoming aware of them.
3. The assertion of warranty claims after the expiry of
the warranty period is excluded, unless the warran-
ty claims are made within a period of 2 weeks after
the expiry of the warranty period.
4. Please send a defective unit postage paid to the
service address, enclosing the warranty card and
