The length of the exercise levers is adjustable.
- Rotate the knob upwards (Q).
- Adjust the length of the lever.
- Rotate the knob downwards (Q) to lock the position of the lever.
To adjust the height of the exercise levers, use the locking piece (S) to raise
or lower the unit (R).
