Using the product
The exercise can be performed while standing on the rear footrests or from a seated position, with feet resting on one of the front footrests.
Disabled persons can slide the seat out and bring their wheelchair onto the rear footrests.
The levers enable you to do an alternating arm cycle.
Top must only be used for the purpose for which it was designed and made: exercising shoulders and arms. Any other use is to be considered inappropriate
and therefore dangerous.
